Three students at most, so nobody spends the day standing at the back watching. Almost everyone who leaves a review had never picked up a hammer before they walked in.

The Forge
I am Sandy. I started blacksmithing in 2019, after a few years working in a corporate environment and wanting something more fulfilling at the end of the day. I make functional metal items from my forge in Newbridge, on the western edge of Edinburgh.
Take a piece of unassuming steel, apply heat and force, and it becomes something you can use. I am still amazed at the shapes that come out of it.
Every review below is from someone who walked in never having held a hammer.
